Larry C. Lyons is an Adobe Certified ColdFusion MX 7 Developer with over 12 years of experience in designing and developing complex database-driven commercial and informational web sites. His clients have included federal and state governments, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, digital media companies, small businesses and large enterprises. Larry has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Winnipeg (Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada), and a Masters of Arts in Psychology from Hollins College (Roanoke, Virginia). He was a Ph.D. candidate (ABD) in Experimental Psychology, with an emphasis on Cognitive and Perceptual Psychology from Virginia Tech (Blacksburg, Virginia).

Developed the ColdFusion parts of the affiliated site BEI Resources (http://www.beiresources.org), a web site for bioterrorism and emerging infections researchers.
